How to submit
- Email services@skkdevelopers.co.in with the subject ERPMantra Complaint — [School/Organisation].
- Include your name, role, organisation, registered phone/email, ERPMantra subdomain or school code, relevant dates and a clear description of the issue.
- State the outcome you are requesting and attach only necessary, safely redacted evidence. Do not send passwords, OTPs, tokens or payment-card details.

If the matter concerns records controlled by your school or institution, contact that institution first so it can verify your identity and instruct ERPMantra where technical action is required.
Handling and response
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity, authority and scope. Response or resolution targets are as per the applicable order form and applicable law. Complex, third-party or Meta/WhatsApp matters may require external review and therefore take longer.
